If you want to lose waist fat and remove that hip fat that you have been carrying around, then using the right methods will get you there in the quickest time possible.
The first thing that you need to know is that if you embark on this program, you will not only lose fat from your waist and hips, but you will lose fat from all over your body. This is because you cannot lose fat from just a certain part of your body. Your body is one organic system and everything is connected.
Reducing fat from your waist and hips will mean a cut back in calories. I can see you at this very moment giving out a big sigh, as this just sounds like a diet. But if you want to succeed, then it is what you will have to do. If you don't want to do this, then thats ok. You will get minimal results.
You will then need to remove around 500 calories a day. You cannot do this by missing meals. You will do this with a reduction in the size of the meals that you consume.Just by doing this you will be reducing waist fat and hip fat. What you then need to do is to add some exercise, as this will really speed things up (is that another sigh? ). Exercising will greatly shorten the time to get the results that you want.
Usually a normal cardio program is followed to reduce fat. However long boring hours of doing cardio is not the most effective way of losing fat. Using interval training in your workouts will enable you to lose waist fat and hip fat far more quickly than you ever thought possible.
The definition of interval training is that you train at a steady pace for 2-4 minutes and then you go as fast as you can from 1-2 minutes. Then you go back to your steady pace to catch your breath. This allows faster fat loss and provides an increased effectiveness in your metabolism. This results in your metabolism burning more calories.
After two weeks make a 200 calorie reduction in your diet. Make the time that you speed up in your training even longer. Step it up again after two weeks. However be careful not to go under fifteen hundred calories. Also add some abs routines into your training. Simply because when you have lost your waist fat, and hip fat, you will be able to see some good definition of the stomach area.
The cardio exercise that you choose to do will be your preference. Opt for one that you will like, it's no point choosing something that you are going to hate. You just need to stay with this program for a few months. Do this and it will only be a matter of time when you can say “I used to have waist fat and hip fat, but I lost it”.
